Fort Myers’ farmers market season follows the weather. Most markets run from October or November to the spring, and a few go all year. The biggest weekly market is downtown, in the River District’s Culinary District, on Saturday mornings.

Fort Myers Culinary District Farmers Market
The city calls it the “expanded” downtown market and says it runs every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The visitor bureau places it on the brick-lined streets of First and Broadway in the historic River District. On sale, the city lists:
- Breads and baked goods, fruits and vegetables
- Cheeses, nuts, juices and spices
- Plants and flowers
- Organic skin care, clothing and jewelry

Lakes Park Farmers Market
Lee County Parks and Recreation lists the Lakes Park Farmers Market season as October 2026 through May 2027. The visitor bureau says it runs on Wednesdays. Lakes Park, at 7330 Gladiolus Drive in south Fort Myers, is open from 7 a.m. to dusk, and the county park also has a splash pad, a train ride and walking paths. McGregor Local Farmers Market
The visitor bureau lists this market at 5011 McGregor Blvd., on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., year-round.
Gateway Farmers Market
In Gateway, east of the city, the visitor bureau lists a Friday market from November through March at Gateway Soccer Park, Sherman Soccer Complex.
Alliance Morning Market
Not a produce market, but a monthly market of local artists and makers with food, drinks and live music. The Alliance for the Arts holds it on the third Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 10091 McGregor Blvd. Entry is free. The next dates it lists are Saturday, Oct. 17, Saturday, Nov. 21 and Saturday, Dec. 19, 2026.
